Melrose Realty was formed in 2018 by David Sgalambro and Christopher Rizzolo. A combination of experience of the principals, economic variables, and real estate trends helped drive the initial business model: create a relationship driven brokerage that provides concierge real estate services centered on expertise, a robust marketing platform, clear communication, and the highest standard of real estate transaction execution.
